Camp Application

Submission of this application does not guarantee a place on camp. Please contact the Camp Director to discuss the status of your application. In the event your application is not accepted you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.


A 20% deposit is payable on application to confirm your place on camp.

The remainder of the balance is due four weeks prior to camp starting.


In the event that the event is cancelled you will receive the option of a full refund.


Where you decided to withdraw or cancel your application, our Family Camps Cancellation Policy applies:

Any cancellations prior to four weeks prior to camp starting, will have the option of transferring payment to another camp or a full refund of any fees paid (minus the non-refundable deposit).

Any cancellations made within four weeks of camp starting will not receive a refund of any fees paid.

If, at any time, you have concerns about your ability to make these scheduled payments please contact one of our staff team to discuss your options.

Where payments are not made, without communication, we will endeavour to contact applicants. However, where no response is given, we reserve the right to offer your place on camp to another family.
