Camp Application
Submission of this application does not guarantee a place on camp. Please contact the Camp Director to discuss the status of your application. In the event your application is not accepted you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. Applications will not be processed for incomplete applications, including applications with only 1 person attached. Incomplete applications have 2 weeks to complete their application in full, including adding additional family members before CYC will either cancel your application or move it to the waitlist.Payment Schedule
A 20% deposit is payable on application to confirm your place on camp.
The remainder of the balance is due four weeks prior to camp starting.
Refund
If the event is cancelled, you will receive the option of a full refund or to transfer your funds to another camp application for an open event run by CYC Ministries.
Cancellation
Where you decided to withdraw or cancel your application, our Family Camps Cancellation Policy applies:
Any cancellations prior to four weeks prior to camp starting, will have the option of transferring payment to another camp or a full refund of any fees paid (minus the non-refundable deposit).
Any cancellations made within four weeks of camp starting will not receive a refund of any fees paid.
If, at any time, you have concerns about your ability to make these scheduled payments please contact one of our staff team to discuss your options.
While we will make every effort to contact the applicant, if payments are not made and no communication is received regarding the due payments, CYC reserves the right to cancel your application and offer the space to another family.
Adding people / switching people in your application
When adding people to your application, this must occur 4 weeks before camp starts, subject to your room size.
When requesting to switch a camper for a new camper an additional processing fee of $120 per person will apply. This must occur 4 weeks before camp starts.
Family Camper Code of Conduct
All campers must be aware of our Family Camper Code of Conduct. It is the responsibility of the primary contact to ensure that all campers are aware of this. The Code of Conduct can be found here.
