Are you ready for a camp like no other?
EQUIP Leadership Camp is all about YOU!
It’s all about YOU having a ripper time, taking YOUR relationship with God to another level, becoming a better camp leader and a better leader in life (who wouldn’t want that?!)
EQUIP will not only make YOU better, it will make your Summer better.
Our Summer of camps is already massive! With over 300 leaders serving on NINETEEN camps, spending their time pouring into, encouraging, cheering on and sharing the gospel with, over 1500 campers, this Summer is going to be HUGE!
So why not gather with other leaders from across all of our camps, to hang out, receive some great input and training as well as enjoy all our incredible CYC City site has to offer?
More fun, more leaders, more community, and MORE God.

What is EQUIP?
You are invited to join us as we gather all of our amazing Summer Camp leaders together at our incredible CYC City campsite, as we kick off our Summer together at EQUIP Leadership Camp.
We are passionate about equipping you to grow in your faith and leadership, and can’t wait to gather together to worship and hear from a range of awesome speakers as we prepare our hearts for serving God through our leadership on Holiday Camps.
But more than that, this year's EQUIP Leadership Camp will be jam-packed with incredible activities, games, and plenty of time together, times to explore and experience camp in the city, and what’s more, YOU get to be the camper!
Who attends EQUIP?
EQUIP is open to any of our existing leaders (seasoned or brand new!), and is going to be a phenomenal way to start, what is going to be a MASSIVE summer of ministry together.
Where is EQUIP?
This year EQUIP will be held at CYC City
When is EQUIP?
EQUIP will be held from 30th December 2020 - 1st January 2021
Do I really have to find a park in the city?
Nope! We will be organising some meeting points that will be confirmed closer to EQUIP.
If I can't attend EQUIP can I still volunteer over Summer?
Yes. Obviously we would love for all our volunteers to be able to attend part or all of EQUIP. And we don’t want you to miss out! But we realise that the dates might not work for everyone. If you are wanting to be involved over Summer but can’t make it to EQUIP, please talk to your Camp Director about their plans for those unable to attend.
Can I attend EQUIP part-time?
There will be certain parts of the program that will be open to visitors/part-time attendees. Please talk to the relevant Camp Diredtor about this.
What about New Years Eve?
Rest assured we have some MASSIVE plans for a big NYE with our CYC leadership fam. What better way to bring in 2021?
